Lindsay sued for car crash - Aug 03, 2007
It seems that Lindsay Lohan can’t rest from troubles. A woman claims Lohan and her bodyguard hit her car. Signe Dupuy adduces Lohan and assistant Jazman Bennett crash her car by doing an illegal U-turn in Los Angeles on April 26. Dupuy demands $7,500 to compensate her for "damage, injury and pain and suffering". She also said that she had sent a letter to Lohan's representative in order to solve the situation, but she received no response. Meanwhile, the actress’s rep admitted that she had received the letter, but thought t it was not appropriate for her to deal with it, stateting, “I assumed the letter was sent to Lindsay's lawyers. That's what they're paid for.” Lindsay will go to the court in September answer’s the lawsuit allegations.
