Lindsay Lohan started her community work on Monday (12Nov07). The star, who has to follow a jail sentence, has begun giving back to community, says the Hollywood Reporter. Lindsay was spotted at an American Red Cross blood services center in a suburb of LA around noon. Before entering the building, the 21-year-old actress was welcomed by the staff of the Red Cross organization in the parking lot. Lohan is also on three years probation and must assist an alcohol education program for eighteen months. Moreover, she will have to serve 24 hours in prison by the end of the year.
